1. The Service
SignalFlow Alerts provides a private Discord community delivering market watchlists, technical analysis, and trade setups for educational purposes. Access is granted after Stripe confirms an active SignalFlow membership.
2. Not Financial Advice
All content posted by SignalFlow Alerts — including but not limited to watchlists, technical analysis, trade setups, and commentary — is strictly for educational and informational purposes. We are not licensed financial advisors. Nothing we post should be construed as a recommendation to buy or sell any security. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions.
3. Risk Disclosure
Trading securities involves substantial risk of loss and is not appropriate for every investor. Past performance discussed or displayed is not indicative of future results. SignalFlow Alerts makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or profitability of any content provided. You may lose some or all of your invested capital.
4. Membership & Billing
- Memberships are billed on a monthly or annual basis through Stripe
- You may manage or cancel your membership through the secure SignalFlow Billing Portal
- Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
- We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods
- Promotional codes are subject to their stated eligibility, expiration, and redemption limits; they have no cash value and do not reduce later renewals unless expressly stated
- We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice
5. Member Conduct
By joining our Discord community, you agree to:
- Not share, reproduce, or redistribute any content outside the community
- Not harass, threaten, or demean other members
- Not promote competing services within the server
- Not share login credentials or provide access to non-members
Violation of these rules may result in immediate removal without refund.
6. Intellectual Property
All content published by SignalFlow Alerts — including watchlists, analysis, charts, and written commentary — is our intellectual property. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or sell any content without express written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SignalFlow Alerts and its owners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or reliance on any content provided, including any trading losses.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your membership at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or chargebacks, with or without prior notice.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
