- Marketing Information — an email address, signup source, consent record, confirmation status, offer-code reference, and unsubscribe status when you request market notes or a welcome offer

- Discord Information — Discord username and ID when you join our server; direct-membership onboarding may also check email verification and request permission to add your authorized account to the SignalFlow server
2. How We Use Your Information

- Process your membership and provide access to our Discord community
- Send service-related communications (receipts, membership updates)
- Send market notes and member offers when you explicitly opt in, and record or honor your email preferences
- Improve our website and content offerings

3. Payment Processing
Memberships are processed through Stripe-hosted Checkout and managed through the Stripe-hosted Billing Portal. Stripe collects and processes payment details on its own pages. We do not receive or store full card numbers, CVCs, or banking credentials. Stripe may store the customer name, email address, billing address, payment method, and subscription history in its Customer and Billing records. 4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services that may collect data independently:
- Stripe — hosted Checkout, customer records, subscription billing, and the Billing Portal
- Discord — community platform
- Finnhub — market data displayed on our website
- Resend — confirmed marketing contacts, email delivery, topic preferences, and unsubscribe processing
- Cloudflare Turnstile — automated-abuse prevention on the marketing signup form
During direct-membership onboarding, Discord OAuth may return a short-lived access token used only to identify and add the authorized account to the SignalFlow server. We do not store that OAuth access token, and Discord email is not used as the membership account key.

Our website may use cookies to improve your browsing experience. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or indicate when a cookie is being sent.
6. Data Security
We take reasonable precautions to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
