These Terms are an agreement between you and PRESBOT VENTURES, which operates SignalFlow ("SignalFlow," "we," "us," or "our"). By using SignalFlow (the "Service"), you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
SignalFlow provides educational market content and community access. Paid access requires an active membership. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features and do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Service is available only where lawful.
2. Not Financial Advice
Content is educational and informational only. SignalFlow does not provide investment advice or recommend securities.
3. Risk Disclosure
Trading involves substantial risk, including loss of capital. Results are not guaranteed. Information may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. You are responsible for your decisions.
PRESBOT VENTURES and contributors may have financial interests in securities discussed. A material conflict tied to a specific security—including ownership, planned trading, or issuer compensation—will be disclosed with or before the relevant content.
4. Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a contract. You are responsible for accurate account information, your Discord account, and activity under your access credentials. Do not share or transfer access.
5. Membership & Billing
- Before purchase, we disclose the price, billing frequency, renewal term, and cancellation method and obtain your affirmative consent
- Memberships automatically renew monthly or annually at the price shown at checkout until canceled
- You authorize recurring charges at the start of each renewal term
- You may cancel online through the Billing Portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid term
- Payments are nonrefundable except where required by law
- Price or renewal changes apply prospectively after legally required notice
6. Acceptable Use
- Do not redistribute content or share access
- Do not misuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, or access the Service unlawfully
- Do not harass others or post unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a nonexclusive license to host, display, and moderate it only as needed to operate the Service.
7. Intellectual Property
SignalFlow content is protected by intellectual-property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or sell it without permission.
8. Third-Party Services
Stripe, Discord, and other third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services or outages.
9. Warranty Disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of accuracy, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PRESBOT VENTURES and its owners, personnel, and contributors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or trading losses. Their total liability arising from the Service will not exceed the amount you paid SignalFlow during the 12 months before the claim. These limits do not apply where liability cannot legally be limited.
11. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you will indemnify PRESBOT VENTURES for third-party claims arising from your unlawful use of the Service, your submitted content, or your violation of these Terms.
12. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, fraud, chargebacks, legal risk, or threats to the Service or others. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
13. Disputes & Governing Law
Arizona law governs these Terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Except where mandatory local law permits otherwise, disputes must be brought in a state or federal court in Arizona. Nothing in these Terms removes non-waivable consumer rights in your country or state of residence.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms prospectively. We will post the revised Terms and effective date and provide additional notice when required. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
15. General Terms
These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement concerning the Service. If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays effective. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them with the Service. We are not liable for delay caused by events beyond reasonable control.
