PRESBOT VENTURES operates SignalFlow ("SignalFlow," "we," "us," or "our"), including signalflowalerts.com and the SignalFlow Discord community. PRESBOT VENTURES is the controller of personal information covered by this policy.
1. Information We Collect
- Account data: name, email address, Discord username, Discord ID, and verification status
- Billing data: billing address, subscription status, transaction history, and renewal consent; Stripe processes payment credentials
- Marketing data: email address, consent record, confirmation status, and unsubscribe status
- Usage data: pages visited, browser, device, IP address, and security events
We receive information from you, Discord, Stripe, and automatically from your browser. Account and billing information is required to provide a paid membership. Marketing information is optional.
2. Use and Legal Bases
- Contract: provide accounts, memberships, billing, and community access
- Consent: send optional marketing; consent may be withdrawn at any time
- Legitimate interests: secure, maintain, and improve the Service and prevent fraud
- Legal obligations: maintain records and respond to lawful requests
We do not use personal information for solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
3. Disclosure
We disclose information as needed to Stripe for payments, Discord for identity and community access, Cloudflare for hosting and security, Resend for email, professional advisers, and authorities when required by law. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not store full card numbers, CVCs, or banking credentials.
4. Cookies and Tracking
We use cookies and local storage for authentication, security, checkout continuity, and saved preferences. We do not use advertising cookies. Because SignalFlow does not track users across unrelated services for advertising, legacy browser "Do Not Track" signals do not change our practices. We honor legally required browser-based opt-out signals. Service providers may collect information when you use their separately operated services under their own policies.
5. Retention
We retain account and transaction records while an account is active and as required for tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, dispute, and legal purposes. Marketing records are retained until consent is withdrawn and as needed to preserve opt-out status. Security records are retained only as reasonably necessary for protection and investigation.
6. International Transfers
SignalFlow is operated from the United States. Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our providers operate. Where required, transfers use recognized safeguards or another lawful transfer mechanism. Contact us to request available information about those safeguards.
7. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or an appeal; object to processing; withdraw consent; or opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising. SignalFlow does not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising. We do not discriminate for exercising a privacy right.
Send requests to support@signalflowalerts.com. We may verify your identity or an authorized agent before responding. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe option. EEA and UK residents may also complain to their local data-protection authority.
8. Children
SignalFlow is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Contact us to request deletion.
9. Security
We use reasonable safeguards. No transmission or storage system is completely secure.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. We will post the revised policy and effective date and, when required, provide prominent notice on the Service or by email before a material change takes effect.
